Your puppy is guaranteed to be healthy, as to say, there are no health problems. However, for this warranty to be effective:

• Puppy must be seen by a veterinarian promptly within 72 hours from the time of purchase (regardless if your personal vet is available during that 72 hour period or not). I will not be responsible for routine care and treatment of ear mites or worms.This puppy is dewormed with Strongid-T starting at 14 days old and repeated every 7 days.  (This breeder will provide a written medication history of this puppy at time of purchase) This puppy has had it's first set of puppy vaccines.
• If your veterinarian finds a concern/problem in the agreed 72 hour warranty period, please have your doctor document details about the said concern on company letterhead.You are required to notify this breeder before the 72 hours are up of your vets concerns. I will make arrangements with you to have the puppy returned to me with the written exam from your D.V.M. If my vet agrees and the condition is non-surgical and treatable then I will have the puppy treated and you may pick the puppy up in a well condition. Or, return the puppy for a full refund and I will keep the puppy. (This breeder will not be responsible for any buyer fees incurred during your puppy's 72 hour wellness check or any fees that your D.V.M. may charge you for treatments/screens and/or tests to diagnose.)
• It is the buyer's responsibility to research and be aware of potential medical conditions that a pug may encounter during its life.  Many complications are not proven as either genetic or environmental in nature and therefore can not be covered under warranty as the breeder can not validate the life this puppy will live once the puppy is placed in a different environment.
• I can not guarantee adult size, color or future ability to breed. This puppy is AKC Registered and is sold as pet quality and not sold as a show prospect.

I WILL TAKE ANY DACHSHUND OR PUG BACK AT ANY TIME IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO KEEP THEM FOR ANY REASON.

I WILL FIND A LOVING COMPANION HOME FOR THEM. THERE WILL BE NO MONEY COLLECTED OR PAID FOR RETURNED/RESCUED DOGS. RESCUED DOGS WILL BE ALTERED AND NOT SOLD TO BREEDERS.

WE SHOULD ALL HAVE THE SAME GOAL TO PROVIDE THIS ANIMAL WITH THE BEST HOME WE CAN UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES AT HAND.
